I’m getting a tattoo this May but my plan is to donate a bag of blood first ‘cos basically, I’ve been a useless human being my whole life. One of my friends who’s a Medtech student told me that the needles for blood donations are as big as tetra pack juice straws wtf idk if she’s bluffing but that kind of ruined the plan. I don’t really have needle phobia but hello? straw size? how the fuck is that even gonna fit in my brachial artery? Now I’m not sure if I’d still donate. Of course I can just go straight to the inking anytime, but ahhhh I really want to donate! My blood could help someone and I’ve never experienced lying in a hospital bed yet lol.

Oh and PS I’m going to need to stop smoking for like 24 hrs smfh. That would be a problem, I’ll probably freak out, get mistaken for a mental patient have me sedated and shit
